Property Description
All measurements and info deemed reliable but not guaranteed, agents and buyers to verify. Welcome to this beautifully maintained and thoughtfully updated home, affectionately known as the “Pink Palace.” The light-filled interior features gleaming hardwood floors, a stunning picture window, and a sliding glass door that brightens the home even on cloudy days. The updated kitchen boasts new LVP flooring, sink, plumbing fixtures, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom has been refreshed with a new vanity, sink, plumbing fixtures, and toilet. Mechanical updates include a brand-new hot water heater (2025), a regularly serviced furnace and A/C, a UV light air purifier, and a top-of-the-line Kinetico water softener with rust and chlorine filtration. A lot of the plumbing pipes have been replaced. All new window coverings throughout the home, including Lafayette Genesis roller shades and Hunter Douglas blinds. A custom midcentury wood screen creates a stylish and welcoming entry. The lower level offers a cozy retreat perfect for movie nights, hobbies, and ample storage space. Step outside to a true permaculture garden oasis with raised beds and mature plantings including kiwi, honeyberry, cherry, apple, peach, strawberries, raspberries, and vibrant flowers. Enjoy peaceful mornings on the private patio and take advantage of the fantastic location just blocks from Lamplighter Pond, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. If pink is not your color, an easy paint job (got bid for $3,300 for the house). A must see!
